Client Area — Online Progress Chart
The client area is where families currently in treatment log their daily progress, send notes to Dr. Kushnir, and receive replies and instructions between sessions. Access is private and secure — only you and Dr. Kushnir can see your child’s chart.
What you can do in the client area
- Log each night with a single tap — Dry, Small spot, or Large spot
- Add free-text remarks about how the night went, what you noticed, anything you want Dr. Kushnir to see
- See your weekly summary chart — a clean week-at-a-glance
- See your progress chart — the longer-term trend across the whole treatment
- Send your chart to Dr. Kushnir for review with one click
- Read replies with adjustments and instructions, ready before the next night
Privacy and security
The client area runs on a secure clinical platform with the following protections:
- End-to-end encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
- Strong authentication — minimum 8-character password with required mixed case, digit and special character. Optional two-factor authentication via email.
- Row-level security at the database — only you can read your child’s entries. Dr. Kushnir sees only the families assigned to him. No other person, no advertiser, no analytics service has any access.
- Audit logs — every access to your data is recorded
- UK GDPR compliant — you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data at any time
- Daily backups with point-in-time recovery
How to access
Access is by invitation only. When you become a client, Dr. Kushnir sends you a personal sign-up link. New clients without an invitation cannot create an account on the chart system — please take the free questionnaire or book an assessment first.
The client area login link will appear here once your account has been activated. If you have already received an invitation, please use the link in the email Dr. Kushnir sent you.
Need help getting in?
If you have lost the invitation email, can’t remember your password, or have trouble logging in, please contact the clinic and we’ll resolve it within 24 hours.
